1K (1000 Ohm) Wirewound 5W power supply resistor

Made in Germany ! .....Ja !  Makes for a perfect screen resistor in an old, vintage 50W or 100W Marshall, ...or that custom amp build, & is very, very close to what was used in TW amplifiers, even the same color! These resistors are also a great choice for a B+ power supply dropping resistor or wherever needed (spec'd) in your build / schematic.  Specs: these are > cemented leaded wirewound resistors  - offering up to 10W rated dissipation with ±5% resistance tolerance. These resistors are AEC-Q200 qualified and feature a robust silicon cement coating that can handle challenging ambient and operating conditions. Their non-flammable coating conforms to UL 94V-0 standards, and these resistors provide excellent pulse load capability and high power dissipation in a small design, an excellent choice for power supplies, and pre-charging and discharging applications.
