Shipping policy

All packages are shipped via USPS, UPS or Fed Ex - depending on best price available.  All packages are shipped fully insured.  All packages are shipped with signature required.  We will refund the shipping difference if the price / cost is way over the actual shipping cost.  On occasion, ( instead of refunding a very small amount ) we will include an extra (duplicate) small item of equal value to the shipping cost difference ( i.e. an extra light bulb, capacitor, etc. ).
